1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bmy00 platform, including its website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bmy00 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the bmy00 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bmy00 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gaming and online gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bmy00, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bmy00 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering on bmy00, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the bmy00 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bmy00 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bmy00 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Non-Transferability: Your bmy00 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Verification: bmy00 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

bmy00 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bmy00 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bmy00 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at bmy00's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bmy00 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bmy00 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bmy00 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bmy00 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus not used within its validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• bmy00 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• bmy00 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmy00 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bmy00 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy00 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of bmy00 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bmy00's prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of bmy00's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy00 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond bmy00's reasonable control.
• Errors or interruptions in game software or data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The bmy00 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bmy00 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bmy00's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

bmy00 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. As part of this commitment, bmy00 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion, which will prevent access to their account for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bmy00 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. bmy00 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken due to a breach of these Terms.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bmy00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bmy00 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bmy00 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the bmy00 website at bmy00.app/terms-conditions. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bmy00 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
